The friendly kennel club!
We were shocked and saddened to learn of the sudden death of former Fort St. Clair Kennel Club member, Ken Feller, July 9 at the Cocker Nationals in Reno, with his dog Lily. I had just visited with Ken at the shows in Hamilton– we stood together watching beekeepers collecting a swarm of bees there. I saw him in the distance at the Echo Hills show, but didn’t have a chance to speak, thinking, like we all do– oh I’ll see him again.
At our show next April, we will be remembering Ken with an engraved silver plated reproduction Paul Revere bowl for the Best of Variety in ASCOB Cocker Spaniels.
Here is the obituary as it appeared in local papers.
